One of the best ways to improve your business is to first understand where you are today. This assessment helps you identify your strengths, uncover opportunities for improvement and provide a clear direction for your next steps. To get started, open the Assessments menu and select Take Assessment. The assessment includes 40 questions and takes about 10 minutes to complete. Answer each question honestly, your first assessment creates a baseline, giving you a clear picture of where your business stands today.

So you can measure your progress over time. When finished click Submit Assessment and the system will evaluate your answers. Your responses are scored across five key areas of the Owner's Roadmap covering everything from business fundamentals and operations to leadership and long-term growth.

Once complete, you will receive an overall score along with individual scores for each area, making it easy to see where you're doing well and where to focus next. After completing the assessment, you'll receive Analysis Summary and personalized Priority Actions based on your responses. These recommendations are designed to help you focus on the improvements, that will have the greatest impact on your business.

You can take the assessment as often as you'd like. As you implement improvements revisit your Assessment History to measure your progress over time. Next, learn how Key Training Indicators work and how you can use them to track performance and measure progress toward your business goals.
