See your numbers
Each tech enters a few numbers after their calls: calls ran, calls sold, and revenue. SOS turns them into close rate, average ticket, maintenance plan rate, and callback rate.
We call these Key Training Indicators, or KTIs. They are the numbers that show who needs training. Every number shows green or red against the goal you set.
Motivate the team
Open the leaderboard on any TV with a web browser. Enter a short code to pair it. Done.
It ranks your techs by revenue, close rate, average ticket, and maintenance plans, and shows who moved up or down. Your best tech's numbers become the standard for the whole team.
Start with yourself
The Owner Assessment is 40 questions. You get a score out of 100, a breakdown of five areas of your business, and two or three things to fix first.
There is a Technician Assessment too, built for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. Retake either one any time to see your progress.
Run the front office
Your CSRs (customer service reps) enter their calls and bookings. SOS shows each CSR's booking rate and how often they offer and sell a maintenance plan.
Team Activity shows one list of what everyone did: logins, courses finished, quizzes passed. You see who is using the system and who is not.
