Service Coach

Position Details

Position Title: Service Coach

Position Summary

This position is responsible for coaching, training, and retaining members through on site, webinars, phone, and email contact. Service coaches typically travel to our members shops 2 to 3 times per month. This position works closely with our member base to provide technician training and coaching as well as ride-along on-sites strictly using TeamSPG’s training platform and methodology. 

Position Responsibilities:

  • HVAC, Plumbing, and or Electrical field knowledge
  • Three plus years’ experience working as a Service Manager
  • Working knowledge of general business practices
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Outbound Call management to members
    • Schedule meetings/trainings
    • Engage with members
  • Onboarding New Members and Clients Relations
    • Assist members with questions or concerns as needed
    • Run Weekly webinars for current members for engagement and transition
  • Compile and send KPI’s to leadership every Friday
  • Attend Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday group meetings
  • Help and partner to create and improve TeamSPG products
  • Attend TeamSPG Events (off site)
  • Attend trade shows (as needed)
  • Travel to and run training for leadership level members (when needed)
  • Meet Quota as agreed upon

Operations coach

Position Details

Position Title: Operations coach

Position Summary

This position is responsible for consulting, training, and retaining members through on-sites, webinars, phone, and email contact. Business coaches typically travel to our members shops 2 to 3 times per month. Leverage TeamSPG’s training platform and methodology.

Skills Required:

  • Three plus years’ experience managing back-office processes and systems
  • Working knowledge of general business practices
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • HVAC, Plumbing, and or Electrical field knowledge is a PLUS!

Position Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Call management
    • Call your members for regular “check-ins”
    • Engage with members
  • Onboarding New Members and Clients Relations
    • Assist members with questions or concerns as needed
    • Run Weekly webinars for current members for engagement and transition
