Watch: Entering Technician KTI Data

Here's how to enter Technician KTI data to keep your team's performance metrics accurate and up to date. From the Technician KTIs page, you have two ways to enter data, use Add Tech KTI to enter information manually or Upload CSV to add multiple entries at once using the provided template. To manually enter KTI data, click Add Tech KTI and then select the Technician you're entering data for.

Next, choose the date the information applies to. Now, enter the technicians daily performance data including Calls Ran, Calls Sold, Daily Sales, Maintenance Plan Opportunities, Maintenance Plans Sold and Callbacks. For KTI qualification references, use the Key Training Indicator Analysis and FAQ found in your "My Toolbox" to understand each KTI.

Once everything is entered, review the information for accuracy then click Add Tech KTI to save the entry. And that's it! Keep your Technician KTI Data up to date so you always have an accurate view of your team's performance.
