Now let's start Setting Up your Company Settings, the Service Operating System is configured for your business and your team. To get started, click your profile in the upper right corner and select Company Settings from the menu. This is where you'll manage your company's setup and preferences.

Start by updating your Company Profile, add your Company Logo and Company Name. Then configure your Working Days and Timezone then Save. You will notice confirmation in the upper right corner.

These settings will help keep your dashboard and business calculations aligned with your company's schedule. Next, select the Holidays, your company observes or add Custom Holidays, if your company have any. Holidays that fall on your configured working days are automatically excluded from the PACE calculation.

Next choose what each user role can see on their dashboard. You can customize visibility for Managers, Technicians, CSRs and Office Admins to make sure everyone has access to the information they need. Then click Save.
