Watch: Setting Up the TV Leaderboard

In this quick guide, we'll show you how to Set Up the Technician Leaderboard, a Service Operating System feature that gives your Technicians a real-time view of their performance. There are two ways to connect a TV to your Technician Leaderboard. You can use the TV icon from the Dashboard or Technician KTIs page, or pair your TV through Company Settings.

From Company Settings, scroll to TV displays, then click "Pair New TV". Instructions on how to pair and how to get the pairing code will appear on your screen. On your TV, open a web browser and go to app.

teamspg. com/tv Enter the pairing code shown on the screen, add a device name if needed, then click "Pair TV". For a quicker option, click the TV icon from the Dashboard or Technician KTIs page, then follow the same instructions to connect your TV using the pairing code provided.

Once connected, the TV will display your Technician Leaderboard using the same KTI data shown in your Dashboard. This includes key metrics like Revenue, Close Rate, Average Ticket Rate and Maintenance Plan Performance. The Leaderboard organizes your active Technicians by trade and ranks them based on performance, making it easy to see how your team is progressing.

You can also use the date filter to view results for Current Month, Last Month, Year-to-Date, or Last 30 Days. And that's it! Your Technician Leaderboard is ready to display, giving your team an easy way to stay connected to their performance and progress.
